The 24-hour front desk is truly a lifesaver! After a late night out in Bairro Alto, I stumbled back to the hotel and was craving a snack. The receptionist not only pointed me to the coffee shop but also shared some insider tips on where to find the best late-night eats. It felt like having my very own night owl concierge!

The hotel is very well situated and convenient for visiting all nearby attractions. Visitors can walk everywhere, without needing public transport. it is located right in the center of everything, and close to many different kinds of shops and restaurants. the staff are always friendly and helpful. The room is modern, clean, and quiet. the bathroom is also very modern, and everything is kept spotlessly clean. Breakfast is basic, but has plenty of options and variety. Unfortunately, storage space is limited, with insufficient closet or drawers to store clothes.

I loved the central location of the hotel, just a short walk away from all the popular spots. The staff's excellent foreign language skills made it so easy to communicate. I recommend Turim for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Hotel had great location and staff who were friendly and helpful. Rooms were cleaned daily, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding, with a lot of choice in produce and good quality toaster. It was close to everything but still peaceful since it was far enough away from central areas.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right in the heart of the Old Town and close to Plaza de Commercio. It was convenient for exploring the city and there were plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the design of the bedroom was impressive.

I felt very well taken care of, no reason to complain.

Great location near the port and old town, perfect for sightseeing and enjoying restaurants. Beds were super comfy and the room was modern. the staff, especially Ana at reception, were lovely and welcoming. Shower was great. Value for money was excellent.

Room was small and had a sloped roof, but typical for city center hotels. Breakfast was overpriced, better to eat at local bakery cafes.

We loved the location of this hotel, right in the center of everything! The staff at the reception desk were so helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room itself was modern, comfy, and came with all the amenities we needed, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen tv.

Great location near main attractions, public transportation and a variety of dining options. Comfortable and cozy rooms with helpful and friendly staff. A perfect hub for sightseeing and exploring the city. Highly recommended for value and convenience.

The room was so cozy and modern, with a big flat-screen TV and free WiFi. The private bathroom had lovely complimentary toiletries, and the beds were super comfortable. As a family, we all felt right at home!

Personally, I would have preferred a bathtub instead of just a shower.

I keep returning for a reason. The staff recommended great local eateries on my first visit, and I've been hooked since. With Wi-Fi, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, and a bar, it suits me perfectly. I'm back for another trip soon.
